Order Processing

All online orders with a final cart value of ₹349 and above are eligible for processing.

  • Processing time: 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or high-demand sales, processing times may be extended.
  • Please note that Day 1 refers to the first business day after your order is placed.

Delivery Timeline

  • Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partners (Shiprocket or Delhivery for domestic shipments)
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Changes & Modifications

To ensure quick dispatch and efficient delivery, all orders are processed immediately after confirmation.

Therefore:

  • Delivery addresses cannot be modified after an order has been placed.
  • Once confirmed, orders are forwarded directly to our warehouse for packing and shipping.
  • Customers are requested to carefully verify all shipping details before completing their purchase.

Offers, Coupons & Freebies

Customers may receive complimentary products or discount coupons based on:

  • Order value
  • Order quantity
  • Specific product purchases

Please note:

  • Freebies and discount coupons cannot be combined.
  • Multiple coupon codes cannot be applied to a single order.

  • Full payment is required before processing begins.
  • Bulk orders require a lead time of approximately 7 working days.

Domestic Order Cancellation Policy

Please note the following cancellation guidelines:

  • Once an order has been assigned to a courier partner, cancellations and address modifications cannot be accommodated.
  • Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
  • In exceptional cases where a post-processing cancellation is approved.

Refused Deliveries

  • If you choose not to accept your package at the time of delivery:
  • Simply refuse the shipment.
  • Refunds will not be processed for refused deliveries.

Reshipment Charges

Orders refused during delivery and requested for reshipment will incur a ₹80 shipping charge.

Partially Paid COD Orders

  • For partially paid Cash-on-Delivery orders:
  • ₹120 is collected upfront as a shipping charge.
  • This amount is non-refundable.
  • A full refund of ₹120 will only be issued in cases where delivery fails due to an error by the delivery partner.

Product Disclaimer

Before using any product, we strongly recommend:

  • Performing a patch test.
  • Reviewing the complete ingredient list for known allergies or sensitivities.

Please note that exchanges, returns, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Skin sensitivities
  • Fragrance preferences
  • Product color variations

Unboxing Requirement for Claims

To help us investigate and resolve any order-related discrepancies efficiently:

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
  • This video may be required to process claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds & Order Cancellations by Blende

Blende reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order at its sole discretion.

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Product information inaccuracies
  • Technical or printing errors

Additionally:

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated.
  • Sale-period orders are not eligible for refunds unless a valid discrepancy exists.
